Annie Evans brings her mobile pizza oven to farmer’s markets around the area where she cooks up custom pizzas with fresh, locally-grown vegetables and meats. On August 16, she’ll bring her oven to the pool for this special fundraiser. Some of her offerings have included cheese, pepperoni, garlic with spinach, fresh tomato and feta cheese, meat lovers, and quattro fromagi. Her menu changes depending on what’s fresh so stop by or visit her Facebook page for details. A delicious gluten-free crust is also available.
A portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit the Clinton Community Pool so if you need something tasty and easy for dinner, stop by the pool parking lot and take one home. Or, join us at the pool for a night of summer fun with friends and neighbors. Drinks are available, too, and ice cream treats are available at the pool’s snack bar.
